Both Ends Burning produced STUCK, an award-winning documentary that exposed situations where heroic efforts by extraordinarily committed families were necessary to bring a few desperate children into the loving families they so richly deserved. Countries profiled included Haiti, Vietnam, and Ethiopia.
Our national barnstorming tour premiered STUCK in 60 communities across the country. This grassroots approach connected to universities, churches, local business and community groups in each city.
Over 1,000 volunteers supported the STUCK tour and formed the basis for our national organization.

The Step Forward for Orphans March on Washington DC drew supporters from 37 states and gave birth to the UNSTUCK movement.
Our UNSTUCK movement has put pressure on Capitol Hill to end the US government’s indifference and remove the obstacles it has created to providing permanent families for orphaned children.
As an Executive Committee member of the Children In Families First (CHIFF) Working Group, we are supporting legislation that will not only fix existing problems in the US government, but also establish the United States as a world leader in supporting every child’s right to a family.
